'The aim of the anterior course is to help students creatively and CONSCIOUSLY develop the shape of their front teeth - both in the case of direct and indirect restorations.
By consciousness I mean the followings:
We know the morphological characteristics of the front teeth in detail, we can analyse them, and we are able to create fronts of completely different in nature and size in the same place. We are also aware of which parts of the teeth we need to modify and how if we want to achieve some effect.'
· To create and consciously develop anterior tooth shapes for both direct and indirect restorations
· Analyse anterior characteristics to create various morphological forms in the same space
· To understand which parts of the anterior teeth need modification, and how to do so to achieve the desired result
· Analyse anterior teeth by drawing, using live study models
· Demonstrate live, the basic and smaller, but important features of anterior teeth
· Demonstrate in practice, the ways to consciously transform anterior teeth
The Posterior Morphology & Occlusion Course is designed to give delegates a thorough and clinically relevant understanding of occlusion and posterior tooth morphology in a practical and easy to understand manner.
• To gain detailed knowledge of premolar & molar morphology.
• To understand the correlation between form & function.
• Improve your sculpting of posterior composites, temporary crowns, ceramic crowns and onlays.
• Getting detailed knowledge of the morphology of premolar and molar teeth and understanding of the correlation between form and function.
· Detailing and understanding two- and three- point contacts.
· Using the occlusal compass and understanding its importance in our daily work.
· Practically demonstrating the relation between form and function.
· Practicing forms of the occlusal surface.
· How to easily memorise the fissure system
