DIPLOMA RESTORATIVE & AESTHETIC DENTISTRY - Exclusive for dental therapists

The Smile Dental Academy’s Diploma in Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry provides Dental Therapists with the knowledge and understanding of the latest techniques in Restorative and Aesthetic dentistry. 

This year long qualification consists of 6 units over 12 days, creating a unique blend of learning through practical hand-on sessions, lectures, support  sessions and interactive group work. 

This course will allow delegates to enhance their current skill set, learn new and predictable techniques, and develop their communication skills in general practice. 

The units are split up into multiple days covering Occlusion, Intra-coronal Aesthetic Restorations, Rubber Dam, Smile Design, Photography  and Complex Treatment Planning.

This course is aimed to provide ongoing support and in Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry, thereby allowing you to provide a comprehensive range of treatment options to your patients, with reference to the relevant dental literature.

Our Programmes are EduQual Level 7 accredited which leads to a Diploma. This is subject to a satisfactory presentation of a clinical portfolio and assessments. Guidance of which is given throughout the course by the Programme Directors. 

EduQual is a regulated awarding body, approved by SQA-Accreditation, a globally-recognised national qualifications regulator in the UK.
